Guide to parenting

While looking something up for a story edit, I came across the "String Bag and Octopus Guide to Parenthood," which provides various ways in which non-parents can prepare for the experience of being parents. My favorite item is this:

Dressing small children is not as easy as it seems. First buy an octopus and a string bag. Attempt to put the octopus in the bag, so that none of its arms stick out. Time allowed for this - all morning.

Also this: "Go to your local supermarket. Take with you the nearest thing you can find to a pre-school child - a fully grown goat is ideal."

I imagine this is something that's been making the rounds in email for years, but I've never seen it before.
