I have to admit, it is pretty amazing how the British government manages to steal money from my pocket every time I go buy tobacco here in California. (Which I've never done, but if I did, I'm sure the British government would be right there.) Never underestimate the long arm of the law.
(Um, okay, so most spam I never even start reading. But some, like this, looks like it might be entertaining enough to glance at.)
