Hey! I'm in a book!

As I was eating dinner, I just read Howard W's intro to "A Summer Place, On the Beach, Beyond the Sea...," an essay that he wrote for Event Horizon before they folded. And he mentions SH! Not by name, mind you, but still. Startling; it hadn't occurred to me that he would've written this intro after we wrote to ask him if we could publish the essay. (He had already re-sold the essay to this collection.) That was part of the genesis of the author-focus idea, and I think what we ended up doing (reprinting a story of his, along with articles by Gardner and George R. R. Martin and Eileen G. and Leslie W., plus a review) worked much better anyway. Everyone wins, yay!
