Ode to Lutefisk

Back in 1994, Clay Shirky wrote a wonderful piece called "Ode to Lutefisk," describing his first encounter with lutefisk on a trip to Norway, and I've been wishing I had some idea who wrote it or what it was called or where I'd seen it so I could look it up ever since. Thank goodness for Will, provider of cool URLs, who pointed the way to this one.
