Another license plate

This morning on the way to work, I saw a license plate that said HETSRSN.

I spent a minute or so vaguely wondering what that might mean. Hets R sin? Het as our son? Hets arson? Het saracen? He-Tsar's son?

But then I got closer and saw that it actually said HE IS RSN. Which makes more sense, but is less amusing.

Given our fiction this week ("The Book of Things Which Must Not Be Remembered"), I momentarily thought of "Ra-Is-Risen." But presumably Ra is not the "HE" that the license-plate owner had in mind.
