Nalo in town

Argh, I totally forgot to post about this. Nalo Hopkinson is zipping through the San Francisco area this week, on book tour. She's reading/signing at Alexander Book Co in about an hour (which I imagine means it's totally useless for me to post this at this point). Tomorrow morning she's taping a TV interview with a local show, I think, and then Friday evening she's reading/signing at Book Passage in Corte Madera (north of San Francisco) at 7 p.m.
Sadly, I won't make it to either event. But I did get to see her (and Debbie, Alan, and Dee, and a passel of Nalo's friends who I didn't previously know) for dinner last night.
Oh, and Nalo will be wandering around to various bookstores throughout the LA area on Sunday, and will be reading/signing Monday evening at 7 p.m. at Eso Wan Books (3655 S. La Brea Ave., 323-294-0324). Tuesday night she'll be reading/signing at Mysterious Galaxy in San Diego.

Any idea of the channel or air time for the interview? I'd like to see that. With Friday night traffic, I doubt I can rush up to Corte Madera in time.

The information I have says that she's going to be on Pamela's Book Corner on KSBT-TV Oakland, which appears to be the oldest African-American-owned TV station in the US.
Unfortunately, they don't seem to have a web page; I don't know what channel they appear on, or what region can receive them, or what time or day the show is on.

Thanks, Jed. It was great to see you. Pls. hug Mary Anne for me. As to the Pamela's Book Corner interview, it didn't happen quite as planned. Apparently, KSBT-TV has become a radio station. The producer interviewed me live on the morning of the interview. Dunno if L.A. info. is at all helpful, but I did an interview with Connie Martinson:
CONNIE MARTINSON's SHOW
LA CITYVIEW-CH 35 AT 3PM & 11:30PM-PST
