Gollum acceptance

I've been hearing about Gollum's acceptance speech for the MTV awards, but I hadn't actually seen it 'til now. It's online, and it's very funny, and David M suggested nominating it for Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form if you're nominating for Hugos. I don't know for sure that it qualifies, but I would guess it does.

3.3.7: Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form. Any production in any medium of dramatized science fiction, fantasy or related subjects that has been publicly presented for the first time in its present dramatic form during the previous calendar year, with a complete running time of 90 minutes or less.

If anything, I think it’s overqualified. (For instance, it ought to qualify under at least two meanings of “dramatized.” :))
