Y: First issue free online

A year and a half ago, I reviewed the comic Y: The Last Man for SH.

The series is about to end (maybe has ended already); I think the final collected volume will be out sometime in the next month or so. I've only read up through vol. 9 so far, so please don't discuss anything past that in comments. I've continued to enjoy it, though I still think the "Safeword" storyline (vol. 4 of the collected series) may have been the high point.

Anyway, the reason I mention the series is that if any of you have been wondering what it's like but don't want to have to buy or borrow a copy, you can now read issue #1 for free online, as a PDF file. It's probably not as good a reading experience as reading it on paper (especially if your computer monitor is too short to display a full page at once at full size), but it might serve as a good introduction.
