Let the onslaught begin

Our server is in the US Eastern time zone, where it's just after midnight, so Strange Horizons has now reopened to submissions.
Sadly, I didn't get most of my planned improvements to our infrastructure done. But at least some of them I'll be able to implement over time; it just would've been a little simpler to implement them at a time when we weren't getting submissions.
January's gonna be rough, after two months of being closed to subs. Last January we got nearly 500 subs; this year I'm guessing it'll be over 600. (Where a normal month these days is about 350.)
