Fake Presidents unite!

It all started with McCain's ad a couple months ago accusing Obama of being a celebrity like Paris Hilton.

As most of you probably know, Hilton put together an entertaining and surprisingly sharp little response video in which she announced her candidacy for President.

Then a couple of weeks ago, Maureen Dowd printed a piece that was apparently written by Aaron Sorkin, in which Obama asks Jed Bartlet for advice.

And now, the two threads have come together, in a video in which Paris Hilton asks Martin Sheen for advice on how to be a good fake President.

This is shaping up to be one of my favorite fake-Presidential campaigns ever.

I hope she keeps it up throughout the next administration, posting occasional "shadow cabinet responses" to presidential policies.

What, you don't think the next President will appoint her Secretary of Entertainment?

Hey, sex sells! It's difficult to find a primetime political commentary without cleavage, and its about time the oval office got some more action. Hilton would fit right in. Lord knows, we need a jumpstart on global diplomacy. Send her to the UN Summit, can't hurt . . .

She's good at least for an ambassadorship.
