Moderators: Don't try to guess audience members' genders

A note to convention panel moderators: when you're calling on audience members, please don't attempt to identify them by gender. (“The gentleman in the black shirt,” “The woman in the second row with the glasses,” etc.) You can't necessarily tell someone's gender by how they look, not even if they seem to you to be presenting as very female or very male.
