If you're eligible to nominate (that is, if you were a member of ConJos&eacute; and\/or you became a member of TorCon by 1\/31\/2003), stop by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.torcon3.on.ca\/ballots\/\">Hugo nominations page<\/a> and click the \"Hugo Nomination Form (Online)\" link to nominate using a web page, or click the \"Hugo Nomination Form (PDF)\" link to download a PDF version that you can print and send via papermail.  Remember that only a few hundred people nominate for the Hugos each year, and that it took only <a href=\"http:\/\/www.conjose.org\/wsfs\/hugo_nominees.htm\">21 nominations<\/a> for a short story to make the ballot last year, so every nomination counts!<\/p>\n<p>In other award-related news, the <cite>Strange Horizons<\/cite> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.strangehorizons.com\/cgi-bin\/readers_choice_2002\/vote.pl\">Readers' Choice Awards<\/a> voting also closes on Monday 3\/31.  If you read some or all of <cite>SH<\/cite> last year, and you haven't yet voted, please stop by that page and vote.
