I met with the real estate agent this morning. We filled out the standard contract, made a decision about the offer price, and submitted the offer.<\/p>\n
Turns out the other offer that came in this morning came (if I understood right, which I may not have) from the sellers' agents themselves—I guess they wanted to buy it and rent it out? I'm not sure. Anyway, the sellers apparently weren't thrilled with that offer.<\/p>\n
