I noticed the impending anniversary a couple of times this past week, but things have been so busy that I haven't really had time to think about it.<\/p>\n<p>So this is just a note to mark the anniversary before I head off to FOGcon for the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Hope the rest of the family is doing okay today.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My father was killed nine years ago today.
