If you're still relying on info from that link from LJ about how to use No Award, then please read this. The key point here: if you leave multiple items off of your ballot, you're saying they're all tied for last place in your ranking.<\/li>\n  <li>Today's the last day to vote in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.loncon3.org\/hugo_awards.php\">Hugos and Retro Hugos<\/a>! (...Okay, technically speaking, the deadline in some places is Friday morning, due to time zones.
