Mostly written in spring 1972.<\/p>\r\n<dl>\r\n  <dt><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kith.org\/pmjj\/1971\/03\/07\/1971-march-7-letter-from-marcy-to-gh\/\">March 7, 1971<\/a><\/dt>\r\n  <dd>A birthday note to George.<\/dd>\r\n  <dd>\u201ca friend says my handwriting is quite pretty\u2014too bad she can\u2019t read it\u201d<\/dd>\r\n  <dd>I had thought that this one was from 1972, which is why I didn\u2019t post it until today; but on closer examination, I\u2019m pretty sure it\u2019s 1971.<\/dd>\r\n  <dt><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kith.org\/pmjj\/1972\/03\/13\/1972-march-13-letter-from-marcy-to-gh\/\">March 13, 1972<\/a><\/dt>\r\n  <dd>Another birthday letter to George, this one really from 1972.<\/dd>\r\n  <dd>\u201cmy goodness, you Hartmans can be wierd, sometimes.\u201d<\/dd>\r\n  <dt><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kith.org\/pmjj\/1972\/04\/10\/1972-april-10-letters-from-marcy-and-jed-to-gh\/\">April 10, 1972<\/a><\/dt>\r\n  <dd>A one-page letter from Marcy and a one-page letter apparently dictated by me, both in the same envelope.<\/dd>\r\n  <dd>Marcy tells George and Helen about Peter\u2019s suddenly dire academic situation (this was the time when Peter was told that he couldn\u2019t graduate because he was missing a couple of required 1st-year English classes), and I tell them about my Play-Doh coin press.<\/dd>\r\n  <dd>\u201cI have a play-doh game.
