If only I had a wireless Internet connection plugged into my brain!  (Kam pointed out that I would always be bumping into things.  But it would be worth it.)  Or, alternatively, a Treo 650.<\/p>\n<p>Ahem.  Anyway, point being: <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Woot\">Wikipedia to the rescue<\/a> once again.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, someone pointed me to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.woot.com\/\">woot.com<\/a>, which has a remarkable business model: every weekday, they put up a single product for sale.  They take and ship orders throughout the day.  The next day, that product is no longer available, and something else is available in its stead.  If a product sells out, that's it&#8212;all gone, no more to be had.
