On an unrelated side note, can I just mention that one of the things I find most annoying about computers is situations in which a slight mistake takes a long time to recover from? It's like missing an exit on the freeway and discovering that the next exit isn't for 40 miles. Only less of a big deal, of course. (This point sparked by the fact that I just accidentally hit Save, here in my browser window, and had to wait for the disk to spin up and the dialog box to appear and draw fully before I could cancel, and then had to wait a while longer for the dialog to go away. And yes, I know that the answer is to get a faster computer. Sigh. More memory, I think, is really what's needed; OS X does a lot of swapping if it doesn't have enough memory. As far as I can tell.)<\/p>\n
