Not only is she the auctioneer for a high-energy and very funny auction for three hours at every WisCon, but she makes, by hand, a bunch of the great stuff that she auctions off.  Her Space Babe items in particular are excellent: funny and sharp and really well-done, and they bring in a bunch of money to support the Tiptree award.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, yeah, and she writes good (and award-winning) fiction too.<\/p>\n<p>Yay, Ellen!<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just sayin&#8217;.
