It's lovely.  It's a forum for presenting and discussing all sorts of half-baked (and in some cases nearly full-baked, but often not at all baked) ideas.  Some of the ideas presented there include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>jelly doughnuts with coffee-flavored jelly inside\n<li>vegetarian (perhaps tofu) version of human flesh\n<li>a system for drivers to rate each others' driving in realtime\n<li>solar-powered AI traffic cones that find holes in the road and gather around them\n<li>and a whole bunch of very entertaining ideas for condoms, including the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.halfbakery.com\/idea\/dorsal_20fin_20condoms#973630116\">dorsal fin condom<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.halfbakery.com\/idea\/homing_20condom#997199715\">homing condom<\/a> (someone suggests adding GPS, and notes: \"GPS is to ideas what 'in bed' is to fortunes...\"), and of course the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.halfbakery.com\/idea\/Exploding_20Condom#972311389\">exploding condom<\/a>.\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can vote for and against ideas, and post comments, and there are sometimes interesting-looking related links which I haven't followed.<\/p>\n<p>Kinda like a cross between <a href=\"http:\/\/slashdot.org\/\">slashdot<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ideafutures.com\/\">Idea Futures\/Foresight Exchange<\/a>.
