David M. pointed to <a href=\"http:\/\/icanhascheezburger.wordpress.com\/\">I CAN HAS CHEEZBURGER?<\/a>, and I just spent a very enjoyable ten minutes poking through their images and laughing.<\/p>\n<p>Remember a couple months ago when I posted about the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kith.org\/journals\/jed\/2006\/11\/01\/3714.html\">i'm in ur base<\/a> meme, and linked to a bunch of captioned cat photos?<\/p>\n<p>Apparently the generic name for that kind of captioned photo (at least one featuring a cat, as many of them do) is \"lolcat.\" And I CAN HAS CHEEZBURGER is a blog of them. Sort of like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cuteoverload.com\/\">Cute Overload<\/a> for lolcats.
