(There're four pages of 'em; keep clicking \"Next entry\" at bottom of page to see more.)  This may be your only chance to see me all gussied up.<\/p>\n<p>(A few years back, a couple of friends of mine got married, and I wore that suit (for the first time, I think) to their wedding.  Afterward, one of the participants in the wedding told me that she'd been talking to her spouse, and they'd said, \"That Jed is a weirdo, but he sure does clean up good.\"  I was flattered.  Of course, it was shortly after that that my friends started having weddings for which they said \"Wear something festive!\"; nice as this suit is, it couldn't be called festive.  I usually wear it anyway; the only festive clothing I have is a couple of tie-dye T-shirts (bought for a wedding last year, actually), which are a little too informal for most weddings.)<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I keep meaning to mention that Mary Anne posted wedding photos in her journal.
