Hopkins's Stoker Award-winning story \"<a href=\"http:\/\/chizine.com\/fivedays.htm\">Five Days in April<\/a>.\" Damn good story.  It was nominated for the Nebula and the Theodore Sturgeon Memorial Award as well.  Warning: it's about an Urban Search And Rescue team working at the site of the Oklahoma City bombing; it's particularly hard to read in light of recent events.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was going through old mail, found a pointer to a good Ursula Pflug story, &#8220;Skyrise,&#8221; at Chiaroscuro.
