After brief lessons in style, grammar, and technical terms, it attempts (only partly successfully) to put the principles illustrated into practice by providing a version of the well-known tale of \"Little Red Riding Hood\" as it would be written by a technical writer.  It starts a little slow (assigning acronyms to Little Red Riding Hood and Old Gray Wolf, among others), but gets better.
