It's the title of a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.centurymag.com\/excerpt0601.html\">story by Michael Bishop<\/a> in the latest issue of <cite><a href=\"http:\/\/www.centurymag.com\/\">Century<\/a><\/cite>; the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tangentonline.com\/reviews\/magazine.php3?review=80\"><cite>Tangent<\/cite> review<\/a> of the story, which I just read the other day, noted that it takes its title from a \"fairly well-known SF story.\" And that previous story, which I'd never heard of before, coincidentally just happens to have been published at <cite><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scifi.com\/scifiction\/classics\/classics_archive\/blish2\/blish21.html\">Sci Fiction<\/a><\/cite> this week.<\/p>\n<p>But the phrase sounds like a quotation.
