Metanote: This is currently just a proof-of-concept (none of the download links do anything) to show the general idea of what an interface could look like for letting voters download specific finalists’ materials. That’s a level of granularity that we’ve never provided in a Packet, and that we might not want to provide. But if we did want to provide it, this is one way we might do that without making the list overwhelming.
