Bending Spoons says they’re going to continue development on Evernote, but even so, if you (like me) use Evernote, this might be a good time to (a) export your data (as a backup, if nothing else), and (b) look around at what other notetaking apps are available.

Looks like you have to export each notebook individually, which may be a hassle if you have a lot of notebooks.

If I leave Evernote, I’ll probably switch to Apple Notes. But fwiw, here are some other alternatives that I’m seeing people recommend, in alphabetical order. (I haven’t used most of these, and I’m not even sure what platforms some of them are available for.)
