Mostly because, in the event, all I could do was channel Mad Stephen Fry voice. You all are familiar with Mad Stephen Fry voice? Not the Jeeves\/scrumptious\/cultural\/niceness one, but the Melchett\/Conservative barking mad incredulous one. Try it at home:\n<p><I>I'm inclined to believe that we need to increase in the permanent size of both the United States Army and the United States Marines.<\/I>\n<p>Inclined to believe? Inclined to believe? <b>Inclined<\/b> to <b>believe<\/b>? Are you mad, man? <b>Inclined to believe<\/b>? You&#8217;re the President of the United States! Inclined to believe. Bah! You&#8217;ve spent six damned years at that desk, and now you&#8217;re inclined to believe.\n<p><I>Two thousand and six was a difficult year for our troops and the Iraqi people.<\/I>\n<p>Difficult? Difficult? <b>Difficult?<\/b> Are you utterly out of your trousers? Difficult? Not for the ones we killed in two thousand and five, it wasn&#8217;t difficult.\n<p>[in response to the question &#8216;are you still willing to follow a path that seems to be in opposition to the will of the American people?&#8217;] <I>I am willing to follow a path that leads to victory.<\/I>\n<p>Victory? Victory? Victory? Victory? Victory? Baaaaaah! Victory? Victory?
