If the President vetoes me, I have to go back to Congress and they vote on me again, and by that time you&#8217;re so old...<br \/>\n<p>Boy: Say, Bill, you look a little different now than you did back on the Hill.<br \/>\n<p>Bill: I do?<br \/>\n<p>Boy: Yeah, you&#8217;re a lot shorter!<br \/>\n<p>Bill: Ah, shit. I told them not to stuff all that corn in me. Now my seams popped, a whole title fell out, and I don&#8217;t even pass constitutional muster.<br \/>\n<br>But how I hope and I pray that I will,<br>But today I am still just a bill.<br \/>\n<p>Congressman: There was a clerical error, Bill! Now you have to go back to the Hill and start over!<br \/>\n<p>Bill: Oh no!!!<br \/>\n<p>Congressman: Don&#8217;t worry, Bill, we&#8217;ve got a veto-proof supermajority.
