I apologize for that, and hope to pick it back up quite soon, but in the meantime ... I don&#8217;t have the time to do a good job on a write-up on Gen. Clark, and I don&#8217;t have the inclination to do a bad job on one. Since I know absolutely nothing about the gentleman, it would mean a good deal of searching Lexis\/Nexis and so on (The key, I found, was to search for news articles from a time before the candidacy.), or else simply mouthing the same stuff y&#8217;all can get elsewhere.\n\n<p>If, however, one of my Gentle Readers wants to take the job, I&#8217;d be happy to post it here, or link to it elsewhere.
