Swift's Electric Rifle.\" Apparently the Taser's inventor was a fan of the Tom Swift books, and named it after <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tom_Swift_and_His_Electric_Rifle\">Tom Swift and His Electric Rifle<\/a>.
