Wikipedia says that the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Unitary_Executive_theory\">unitary executive theory<\/a> \"contends that [...] <em>all<\/em> of the executive power of the United States [is vested] in the person of the President.\"<\/p>\n<p>There are many interesting consequences of this theory that this blog entry is too small (and narrowly focused) to contain.
