While I’m thinking of it, let me note that I re-read Throne of Jade. I think this is my second time through the book, the first time since reading the third and fourth and fifth of Naomi Novik’s series. I was pleased to discover it re-reads very well. I mean, clearly Needs Moar Boney, but then later there’s the one with Too Much Boney, so that’s all right, Best Beloved, d’y’see?
