I recently saw some text written in normal capitalization, and then the same text written with a random-looking mix of uppercase and lowercase letters.
I had no idea what to make of that. Internet to the rescue! The idea turns out to be from a SpongeBob SquarePants meme; apparently the random-case response is meant to indicate someone repeating back the original text in a mocking tone.
