Secret diaries
A LiveJournal user has been writing secret diaries for the various Fellowship characters. Scroll down on that page to 12/31/01 to read Aragorn's, and then proceed up the page to read the others. Some very funny bits throughout, but I think I like Aragorn's best (with Legolas a close second). Aragorn's starts out in something of the style of Bridget Jones's Diary; the opening line is "Ringwraiths killed: 4. V. good."
Oh, um, I suppose I should mention that these are slash—all the characters lust after each other. But they're intentionally-silly (and non-explicit) slash, which may make them more palatable to people who don't like slash.
