Naming names
The finger of the Buddha is on display, leading me to think that "Buddha's Finger" would be a good name for a rock band. Or possibly a novel, to go along with the loosely-themed series comprising The Left Hand of Darkness, Lucifer's Hammer, Gravity's Rainbow, and The Mote in God's Eye.
And with names wandering through my head, I wandered into the kitchen and saw a box of plastic wrap labeled "polyvinyl films," which seemed like a good name for a production company. Come see the new hit movie Plastic, just released by Polyvinyl Films!
