Not the next Doctor
There's a rumor being bruited about that Anthony Head (Giles from Buffy) is slated to play the Doctor in a new season of Dr. Who. Sadly, it's only a rumor; "the BBC aren't currently making any such plans," according to the official Dr. Who site.
