Supremes and blogs

Will pointed me to a cute Onion article: "Supreme Court Makes Pact to Lose Virginity By End of Year." The article includes the phrase "Res ipsa loquitur." Like any good Nethead, I Googled for the term, and found a blog with that title. Went to the blog and found as the latest entry a definition of the term: it means "The thing speaks for itself." All fine. But then I read the rest of the entry and saw that the reason the definition was posted there is that the blogger has been deluged with people who saw the phrase in the Onion and did a Google search and came to that page. . . .
