Sleep
I've been sleeping reasonably well lately—not as long as would be ideal, but enough. I haven't had any trouble getting to sleep (usually instead have trouble keeping eyes open by the time I go to bed), and have been waking up consistently around 8:30 and actually getting up and being reasonably productive before going to work. Is good.
But last night I barely slept—perhaps partly due to sleeping particularly long the night before. Went to bed around 2:30 but wasn't remotely tired; read 'til 3:30; lay there thinking and possibly drifting in and out of sleep 'til 4:30; read some more. Eventually must've fallen asleep because I woke completely up around 8 or 8:30, after some time of drowsing.
So I assumed I'd be groggy and tired all day. Instead I've had a productive day, got lots done, and now, past midnight, am still only very slightly tired. Weird.
But I'll probably try going to bed soon anyway. After reading one or two more subs.
