2003 Hugo recommendations
As the year draws to a close, and we think fondly back over 2002, we might consider pausing to think about which works of sf we liked the best this past year. Though the year isn't quite over yet, Cheryl Morgan's Hugo Award Recommendations page is already taking recommendations; drop by and let Cheryl know if there's any sf you've read this year that you think is particularly worthy of recognition.
