First spam ever
Brad Templeton provides a copy of what's believed to be the first unsolicited commercial mass-emailing ever sent, an advertisement from DEC sent out over the ARPAnet in 1978. Fascinating to see the brief selection of responses, including Richard Stallman(GNU guy)'s defense of it.
