To nominate for this year's Hugo awards, you must either:

  • have been a supporting or attending member of last year's WorldCon, or
  • be a supporting or attending member of WorldCon 2003 (TorCon) by January 31

Note that January 31 is tomorrow.

In other words, if you were not a member of ConJosé and you want to nominate for the Hugos this year, you must sign up as a supporting or attending member of TorCon by tomorrow.

You can register online by credit card if you like.

Supporting memberships are currently $40 US; attending memberships are currently $185 US.

Note that if you were a member of ConJosé, this deadline is irrelevant.

Also note that this is not the deadline for sending in nominations, only the deadline for being a member if you want to be able to nominate. You can still nominate for another couple months.
