Days rushing past

The past week has pretty much evaporated. I've gotten almost nothing done that I've intended to get done.

I'm gonna try and get a few things done in the morning, but after that I'll be semi-incommunicado for the next couple days; Susan G and I are heading up to Tahoe to be guest editors at Hidden City.

Back sometime Sunday.

Maybe then I'll have time to post some good April Fool's links, some notes about CSS (including a useful debugging tip about how to see all the invisible boxes), some comments about Cerebus, and no doubt loads of other scintillating information, commentary, innuendo, and airy persiflage of all varieties.

One last thing before I stumble off to bed: it's a big week for birthdays, including those of half a dozen college friends and a couple of high school friends, not to mention a two-year-old of my acquaintance. I don't think any of them read this, but just in case, happy collective birthday! In addition, there are several writerly birthdays this week: Marge Piercy, Anne McCaffrey, Samuel R. Delany, and Hans Christian Anderson (whose 200th is coming up next year).
