Trial date

Among the many things I've been meaning to post for the past week or so is the fact that the trial date has been scheduled. As Jay noted, "It is expected that a plea bargain will be completed on that date." Can't talk about this publicly yet other than that.

Not sure yet whether I'm going up. Think I'll probably get refundable plane tickets and decide closer to the date.

    Oh, boy. I don’t know what to say. I hope this helps you with your grief, but something tells me it won’t. I hope I’m wrong.
