World’s longest alphabetical email address

Haven't you always wanted an email address that's over 64 characters long?

Now you can have one: you can be yourname@ abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzabcdefghijk.com. For free. (I added a space in the middle of the address to let browsers line wrap.)

Just sign up at abcdefg...k.com.

I have no particular interest in having an address with that domain name, but I'm tickled by the notion of 63-character domain names. You could put your whole papermail address in your domain name: JaneZloty@ 15332ArguelloStreetPaloAltoCaliforniaUnitedStatesofAmerica94036.com, for example. I mean, you wouldn't want to, but you theoretically could.

Very amusing that one of their selling points is how difficult and useless it is.

It’d be much more difficult and useless if it were 63 random characters. It’s easy to remember this domain. So let me know when I can get jmrobins@m6elrx9-lcc4unlxetkygl5ravevb6jehban-rlg5wpr2qawgwms-t42f2s6xa4.com. 🙂

Sixty-three random characters is tough, but I bet with hours of practice we could learn it. After all, we eventually learned BRFXXCCXXMNPCCCCLLLMMMNPRXVCLMNCKSSQLBBLLLL6 for Death Name Game #2, and that’s 44. (Only later were we informed that it was pronounced “Alban”. I’m amazed we didn’t make Dan eat it.) Ah, memories….
