I somehow neglected to include Niall Harrison on the list of people I'd been wanting to meet whom I met the other day.

There were more today, as well as plenty of folks I'd met before and was happy to get more time with. But as noted in the title, I'm too sleepy to do a full entry just now.

Overall, though, today was really good. I'm having a surprisingly good time here.

Oh, and in case anyone was wondering, I decided a while back not to do an SH tea party at this con. Partly just not up to coping with hosting a party (esp. with only one other staff member to help out), partly too intimidated at the thought of hosting a tea party on British soil. These people know their tea. Anyway, I should have remembered that Charlie A and various others had offered to help out should I want to have such a party, an offer for which I was most grateful. But I don't think I could've coped anyway. Even attending the parties tonight got to be too much for me.

Still hoping we'll have a tea party at NASFiC (given that it'll be SH's fifth anniversary and all), but time is running out on dealing with membership and travel plans and hotel and so on. I'll try to think more about this when the current con is over.
