Comma mines
My kid loves a t-shirt that says something like “punctuation saves lives: let’s eat, Jim; and let’s eat Jim!”
Today I saw a discussion of macapuno (mutant sport coconut, which merits its own discussion) that had someone commenting thus: “It’s the best man”.
Took me a moment to go into editor mode and insert the missing comma. It’s the best, man.
