Deux mille
I forgot to mention: Strange Horizons received our 2000th fiction submission this morning! That's an average of a little under four and a half stories a day for the past 15 months, or about 130 a month. (It's actually been up to more like 150 a month for the last several months.) A far cry from the 850 submissions/month that I seem to recall Asimov's gets, or the thousand-plus a month that I think SF Age was getting (thank goodness—we wouldn't be able to keep up with that kind of volume); but it's a nice comfortable level, and slowly growing over time. Which pleases me.
