Just a reminder to authors that if you're hoping to submit a winter-holiday story to us, you should probably do so very soon. It wouldn't surprise me, given the way our schedule works, if a story submitted this week or next week ends up running in late December.
(We don't have a Halloween story scheduled yet, but we'll probably be filling in our late October schedule sometime in the next two to three weeks, most likely with stories that we've already received by now (I don't have any particular stories in mind when I say that; just looking at schedule, not at specific stories).)
