Housing update
I met with the real estate agent this morning. We filled out the standard contract, made a decision about the offer price, and submitted the offer.
Turns out the other offer that came in this morning came (if I understood right, which I may not have) from the sellers' agents themselves—I guess they wanted to buy it and rent it out? I'm not sure. Anyway, the sellers apparently weren't thrilled with that offer.
The sellers will be considering my offer and getting back to me tomorrow morning.
